With over 20 years of healthcare experience and a strong network of physician-focused professionals, he launched MHA during the COVID-19 crisis to help physician groups thrive in independence.
Basheer is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he received his bachelor’s degree in financial management. He enjoys spending time outdoors and staying young with his wife and four boys.

Madison is a graduate of Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration in corporate marketing and management and her master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in healthcare.
Madison has several hobbies outside of work including reading, cooking, crocheting, and going on outdoor adventures with her husband and German Shepherd, Axel.

Lyndsie earned her Bachelor’s degree of Science in Athletic Training from Slippery Rock University and is currently pursuing her MBA. Outside of work, she channels her energy into coaching CrossFit, personal training, and serving as the off-ice conditioning coach for the DC EDGE figure skating teams. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and experimenting in the kitchen.
